How to care for your Kria jewelry.

All Kria jewelry is shipped in anti-tarnish tissues inside a fabtic egg to keep your jewelry in pristine condition. Please store your jewelry in the tissue.

Most jewelry can be cleaned using a soft toothbrush and warm water. Kria jewelry has matte finish. Do not use polish cloth as it will ruin the matte finish. You can use any cream or liquid polish, such as Wright's Silver Cream, to brighten and clean silver, or Wright's Jewelry Cleaner for 14k gold, which can be purchased in most hardware stores. Bon Ami, a common detergent for pots and pans, or 3mm Scotchbrite pad can also be used to brighten up any jewelry and restore the matte finish.

Oxidized silver has a matte finish and experiences natural wear over time.

Store jewelry separately to avoid scratches and keep away from heat and direct sunlight. Apply makeup, hairspray and perfume before putting on jewelry. Remove jewelry before doing strenuous activities or using household chemicals. Do not wear jewelry in a swimming pool or hot tub. Chlorine and extreme heat can damage the gemstones and metals as well as wear down the leather. Do not expose any suede pieces to water or any moisture directly.

ITEM AVAILABILITY
Most items from Kria jewelry are in stock unless noted otherwise. If the item is out of stock, an average of 1-2 weeks will be required for production in addition to shipping.

We do not sell chain or cord separately. However, if you wish to have your chain or cord replaced, please see our instructions on how to have Kria jewelry repaired.


SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Please note that the following delivery times are estimated as international orders can potentially be delayed in customs.

Domestic shipping is $12.00 flat rate Ground via USPS (5 to 7 business days)

International shipping is $40.00 flat rate Economy via FedEx (5 to 7 business days)

Orders will generally ship within 2 business days after receipt from our studio in New York for items that are in stock. For items that are out of stock, an additional 5-7 business days will be required. Kria uses USPS ground shipping for all continental US deliveries, and USPS does not deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

SALES TAX AND CUSTOM CHARGES
We are required by law to charge state and local tax on orders that are shipped to CA, FL, IL and NY.

For international orders, the customer will be required to pay the tax and duties that occur with the shipment. Unfortunately, Kria does not have information on customs and duties and we are not able to estimate these charges for you as they vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. International orders, including shipments to Canada, are sent via FedEX.


METHOD OF PAYMENT
We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal all via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you simply bypass the login by clicking "continue".


RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at shop@kriajewelry.com within 7 days of receipt of your item to obtain a Return Authorization Number. NO RETURN OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE GRANTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

Please return the merchandise within 2 weeks from the date of receipt for both exchange and store credit with the Return Authorization Number. All items must be returned unused and in original packaging with the original receipt.

Initial shipping or return shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns need to be well packaged and incurred for the full price of the item and shipped to the following address.

We can not be responsible for packages returned to us using shipping methods that are not traceable.

You can expect to receive the exchanged item within 5 business days after receipt of your package with the original items given that we have them in stock at that time. You can also expect to receive a notice of store credit for the items you returned within two weeks of the receipt of your package. Unfortunately, we will not be able to give exchange or store credit if the cost of the exchange item is less than the original item or if the purchaser cannot be verified.

All merchandise designated as FINAL SALE are not returnable.

One of a kind and special orders are not eligible for exchange or credit.


CHARITY
Kria charity pieces may not be exchanged or returned.

For your protection when shipping the item to us, please package it securely in a hard box. We cannot be responsible for packages returned to us using shipping methods that are not traceable.

Please include a copy of the items receipt (for items less than a year old), a letter describing the repairs to be made in detail, your return mailing address, your email address, and your phone number. Prior to beginning any work, we will contact you with an estimate of the cost and time needed to complete your repair.

All Kria jewelry is made in New York City.
